Laurel Wilbur is a Bay Area native who has been appraising real estate for over twenty years. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 1991 she trained with Boyd Smith Real Estate Appraisal, initially appraising residential properties. She upgraded her license in 1996 and has been appraising various commercial properties as an independent contractor working with a number of appraisal firms. Laurel specializes in apartments and small commercial properties, with particular emphasis on the East Bay real estate market. When not appraising, Laurel likes to hike, cook, and spend time with family.
