Kim Lee

Kim Lee is a third generation San Francisco native and graduate of UC Berkeley.  Through her prior work with an affordable housing developer, she saw first hand how partnerships with communities, lenders and the city can create housing opportunities for families and seniors that anchor the cultural roots and keep local neighborhoods vibrant.  Now, as an Appraiser, Kim enjoys the diversity of the local architecture, the privilege of helping clients and the joy of always discovering something new in our East Bay neighborhoods.
