Kim Lee

Kim Lee is a third generation San Francisco native and graduate of UC Berkeley. She and her family are currently happy residents of Alameda. She loved her first career in non-profit administration and is still passionate about quality education and job training programs for youth. Through her work for an affordable housing development agency, she saw first hand how partnerships with communities, lenders and the city can create housing opportunities for families and seniors that anchor the cultural roots and keep local neighborhoods vibrant. Now, as an Appraiser, Kim enjoys all the diversity of architecture and landscaping in the Bay Area, the privilege of helping clients and the joy of always discovering something new in our East Bay neighborhoods.
